Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in ensuring your art prints arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility:
- We accept returns or issue refunds only for damaged items.
- You must notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof of damage is required — please send clear photos of:
  - The damaged item
  - The packaging it arrived in
  - The shipping label

How to Request a Return or Refund:
1. Email us at admin@paperandcanvas.co.za within 12 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number, full name, and the required photos.
3. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders made by the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but we will assist in tracking your parcel.
